Assignment 10: Personal Homepage Production

You've explored the World Wide Web and discovered some truly fascinating and boring homepages for commercial and personal purposes so you should have some good ideas as to what you need to include and omit in your own personal homepage.

The key to a good homepage is to remember to display information that would be of interest to someone who doesn't know you.

  • You must have a splash page,
  • You must include a link to the resume you created in assignment 9, and
  • You must also include the file with the 10 personal interest links you created in assignment 9.

  • Name your main file (the splash page): your_last_name.htm

The URL for your homepage will be:
    http://commfaculty.fullerton.edu/lester/courses/studentwork/380f99/ your_last_name/ your_last_name.htm

  • You can use Microsoft's FrontPage.

Remember to keep your images relevant and few. There are many sites that contain navigation buttons in all shapes and subjects. Use Yahoo! to help find them.

It's up to you whether you want to include some of the features from the previous assignments: counter, form, frames, etc.
