Assignment 15: Picture Story Pictures 3

Produce a five-picture photographic essay of downtown Fullerton. Try to capture the flavor, spirit, and/or energy of the area. Concentrate your image-making on human interest pictures of people enjoying their day.

Assignment specifics:

  • Select your five favorite images and make prints as close to 8" x 10" as possible.
  • Scan them and print them with a black and white printer.
  • Pick out your most favorite image and make a color print.
  • Type cutlines for each selected print on a separate sheet.
  • Turn in all the prints you shot in your folder with the other work.

    Depending on my critique of your previous pictures, continue to take pictures that satisfy the five types of pictures needed for your picture story. You should be fairly close in satisfying the five types of pictures. Nevertheless, it is always good to shoot additional film.
