Some typographical changes have been made in the textbook for the second printing:
P. 333: In the eighth line,
Instead of “one aross”
Substitute: ”one across”
p. 487: In the sentence beginning on the eighth row from the bottom of the page,
Instead of "Check the box to indicate "Labels in First Row."
Substitute: "Leave blank the box to indicate "Labels in First Row."
p. 572, the definition in the column for "focused comparisons" lines 5 through 7
Instead of "other variables are related to difference in the sizes of study effects on primary"

p. 576: The last sentence of the first paragraph is:
