RECEIVING/RETURNING PAPERS Please encourage your students to pick up or drop off papers during your class period or see you during your office hours. If students wish to receive their papers back at the end of the semester, have them provide you with a large, self-addressed envelope with appropriate postage that can be mailed to them. You are required to keep papers up to one year. When students turn in any papers to the “Student Pick Up Tray,” have them include the instructor’s name as well as the student name on the paper. This will ensure that papers get to the correct mailboxes. It also helps the students learn the names of their instructors! If you need to have the papers date/time stamped, please inform the department.
