Password quick tips:

1) Passwords are CASE sensitive. Please make SURE that you are typing in your passwords with the right capital letters in the right spots.

2) Passwords are EXACTLY 8 letters long. If you type in a password that is shorter make sure that you include spaces. Better yet, use a password that uses 8 characters that all include a letter or number.
